you mean it might …
you mean it might look better….. if you are skinny, then add several hip scarves. i just added one, but you can add several of different colours. It’s not about how big your hips are or how big a movement you make. it’s about the weight transfer.

Thanks for all your comments….a lot of people think that belly dance is all about baring your body, having tight beautiful body. but there are all sorts of belly dance out there, and i do a folkloric type, a type that is very earthy. And you can be dressed as you like, covered in chiffon, or you can have cabaret glittery gear.

I used to NOT like this type of dancing, was kind of “embarrassed” by the dance moves..but, after watching it for a while..ended up really loving it..and seeing it as such a beautiful cultural dance!!
