I recently got into learning exotic dance for fitness, and I was looking for somewhere to download instructional videos for free. I haven't really been too successful in this endeavor, so any suggestions would be wonderful!
I've searched around Youtube and found some, but I really would like some that I can get and put on my mp3 player since the office area where the computer is is really cramped and not good for dancing, lol.

For alot of my belly and pole dancing, I watch clips from dance video to home made videos on youtube and begin to mimic some of their styles and apply it to my own.

I am careful about downloading (limewire for instant) due to any virus etc. Even though my virusware will kill it, sometimes some particular ones won't be.

In this episode of the salsa podcast, we show you how to do some ‘magichands’ drop, a quick hammerlock to a cross-body lead, and then to a copa for the ladies. i have been home schooled since last year and i just want to have a goal in life and go to collage but i still want to stay homeschooled but i want to be a model and i want to start early on it so can you give me some websites that i can go to to see…????if so please and thank u..

Many community colleges offer dance classes. Check in your community too! Homeschooling won’t prevent you from following your dream…it will give you the time to follow your dream. Talk to your parents and make sure they know so they can support you!
